I have been a patient of this practice for several years and before it moved to Walsall Road and merged with the other GP Practices I was very happy with the service it provided. However, since the merge has taken place, you have an all singing, all dancing building with at least 35 rooms but you can never get an appointment. The problem is that you can make appointments at 8.00am but if you are 5 minutes past you have missed your chance and very often can't get an appointment. I have to start work at 8.00am I am not allowed to use my mobile at work and therefore do struggle to get an appointment. If you have something urgent it either means taking time off work or what happened to me in the past that I was off work ill and tried for 4 consecutive days and failed to get an appointment, or you have to make a pre bookable appointment for say 2/3 weeks in advance by which time most of us are better. When you go to the surgery it is always empty, all those rooms lying dormant but patients can't get in to see a GP, I feel that this practice is now failing its patients. The GP's themselves are very helpful and praise the service that you do get once you get to see one of them!!! Dr Bath Junior, Dr Nandi, Dr Hundel and Dr Latte have always given me and my family good care, it is just a real shame.

I think all the people who have written these good reviews are people who work at the Surgury. The truth is you can never get an appointment, the receptionists are rude and very unhelpful and organisation is poor. I called every morning for a week and i was either told there were no appointments available within the next 2 weeks, or I was told they were busy and to call back later. When I finally got an appointment and arrived to the Surgury, I was told there wasn't any record of my appointment and the Asian women downstairs on reception was very rude about it. My advise is to stay away
